i agree with the fact that medicine are not good at all...if you think u can manage urself without them, ztop using'em!!, keep on with the music, writting and drawing, it'z a real good therapy! sometimes drawing expresses more emotions than talking, keep on, and learn more russian so you can really act it! take care
